Orders & Payment

  • Which payment methods are available?

    We currently accept Visa and Mastercard payments.

  • Is my payment transaction secure?

    Yes – we use SecurePay payment gateway to process all online orders.

    SecurePay is operated by Australia Post and provides top grade digital security, including award winning anti-fraud technology.  

    We do not retain any of your credit card details on our site. 

  • How can I change my order?

    If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us here as soon as possible. In most cases we are able to amend the order before it is shipped. 


Shipping

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    Products ordered through our store generally take between 3 – 7 business days to be delivered to addresses in Australia.

    Occasionally there will be delays in this timeframe – particularly during peak periods. If you require the products by a certain date please get in contact and we can advise.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Currently we do not deliver to addresses outside Australia.

  • Can you ship express?

    Unfortunately we do not offer express shipping option. Due to the relative weight of our products the cost of express shipping is prohibitive.


Exchanges & Returns

  • How can I exchange or return a product?

    At Winners Sports Nutrition we want you to be pleased with our product and service every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may need to return items.

    Faulty or Incorrect Goods

    Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt and notify us within 7 working days of delivery if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. This can be done in writing to:

    If you fail to do so you shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.

    Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Goods shall be returned by you to us at the Return Address below.

    You will be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.

    We ask that you pack the item securely using the original packaging to return the goods and send it with the delivery note.

    Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Seller on the package. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

    We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for items that have been opened. Otherwise, we can accept returns of complete products, which are unused and in an “as new” condition.

    If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. Please also note that you will be responsible for the costs of collection in the event that our specialist courier service collect a large item from you to return to us.

    As soon as we receive the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price for that item.
