Directions for Best Use
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
- Add a scoop (15g) of Winners Electrolyte Drink Mix to a 600ml bottle
- Fill the bottle half way with water
- Secure the lid and shake well
- Add the remaining water to fill the bottle
- Drink 1-2 serves per hour of exercise
Every athlete requires slightly different electrolyte amounts – if you sweat heavily, add more powder. If you are a light sweater, reduce the scoop size.
