DIRECTIONS FOR USE
  1. 1. Add a scoop (15g) of Winners Electrolyte Drink Mix to a 600ml bottle
  2. 2. Fill the bottle half way with water
  3. 3. Secure the lid and shake well
  4. 4. Add the remaining water to fill the bottle
  5. 5. Drink 1-2 serves per hour of exercise
Every athlete requires slightly different electrolyte amounts - if you sweat heavily, add more powder. If you are a light sweater, reduce the scoop size.
